Project Overview
As Technical Director, Hardip led the engineering design team to deliver this award winning £80m refurbishment project in the heart of London. The design was driven using BIM and this led to the successful delivery of the project for luxury living in the capital.
The Challenge
In a constrained site, the project included a myriad of engineering challenges. This included demolition of the existing extensions at the rear, the design of a 3 level basement with elevator car parking and underground swimming pool, retained facade, refurbishment of the retained structure and a high level of monitoring for ground movement during construction in this historically sensitive area.
