Project Overview
Working on existing buildings are projects that we love. This 1980s building has undergone several renovations and changes of use. We were asked to extend this building upwards and backwards — nothing new to PH Design.
The Challenge
All works for the Clinic were to be undertaken in a live working environment. We worked closely with the Client, Architect and Contractor to ensure the structural design worked within the phases of the project to keep the Clinic running throughout the construction process.
We worked with the contractor to develop solutions and construction details as the existing structure was revealed.
