Project Overview
PH Design were contacted by the client to provide urgent help and support to address the Dangerous Structures Notice served by the Local Authority following a serious site accident.
We worked with the Local Building Control department, HSE, Client and Contractor to ensure the site was evaluated and the necessary procedures were put in place for the project to recommence. We produced calculations, drawings, specifications along with a construction health and safety plan which were approved to allow the works to be completed in a safe and methodical manner.
We visited site, recording our observations and submitting these to the Local Authority for successful sign off.
