Repeat work from our high profile client, for whom we provide onsite resident engineer services.
Modular building is fast becoming popular for quick turnaround projects with repetition. This project comprised 3 buildings, 198 modular units and infrastructure works. Modular units fabricated in Ireland were transported to London for sequential erection.
PH Design's Role
PH Design checked the design and ensured that the foundations and infrastructure works were accurately constructed. We provided weekly visits and monthly reports which picked up non-conformance matters and ensured the buildings were delivered to the correct specification.
