Project Overview
Following the construction of the basement for this luxury residential dwelling, cracks appeared in the superstructure. The Client approached PH Design to provide a professional opinion on the defects, their cause and a remedial strategy.
PH Design reviewed the design information present, the geotechnical data and reports available, and re-analysed the structure to replicate the deformation using finite element analysis. We provided a clear output detailing the issues and the next steps to help the clients move the project forward.
