The everyday rules that keep lessons running smoothly for students and instructors.
Bookings
A lesson request submitted online is not confirmed until we contact you by phone or email. Lesson times are subject to instructor availability.
Cancellations
Lessons can be rearranged or cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged at the full lesson rate.
Payment
Individual lessons are paid directly to your instructor. Block bookings and intensive courses are payable in advance or by agreed instalments.
Licence and eligibility
Students must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and be able to read a number plate at 20 metres, with glasses or lenses if required. Your instructor will check your licence at the start of your first lesson.
